about
Vanessa A. Borja is an intercultural facilitator, feminine leadership practitioner, and business consultant from Ecuador. Her guidance supports individuals and organizations birth visions in integrity and deep alignment.
She specializes in three fields:
Facilitating reciprocal relating between global creatives and indigenous wisdom keepers.
Supporting leaders with visions for systemic change.
Helping women find freedom from social conditioning and lead as love.
With degrees in International Business and Sustainability from The George Washington University, Vanessa worked in corporate innovation consulting. She then co-founded the intercultural fashion brand, Allpamamas, and immersed herself in the study of Andean-Amazonian cosmology, craft, politics and shamanism. Through this experience, she developed the C+E Methodology: a mindset-rewiring and intuition-sensitizing approach designed to support entrepreneurs and cross-culture pollinators towards building ethical, profitable and de-colonized projects that heal intercultural relations.
Since very young, Vanessa has held leadership positions. She was awarded the Women’s Leadership Scholarship at GWU. Her passion towards working with women is a result of her lived experience of burnout caused by submitting to the distorted patriarchy’s expectations. Determined to remain creatively active, resourced and spiritually fulfilled, she studied and practiced the frameworks she now lives by and teaches.
Vanessa is a student of scientific and holistic psycho-somatics and non-dual spiritual philosophy. She believes that systemic change can only be achieved by transitioning from the mindset of fear to the mindset of love.
Vanessa’s clients range between community-oriented entrepreneurs, small businesses and global organizations. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Forbes, PAPER Magazine and The Cut.
philosophy
Creative Arts
Life is a creative act. Whether we are conscious of it or not, everything that we experience is a result of our own creation. Our perception defines what and how we create. Understanding the creative process allows us to consciously return to the template of Divine Creativity and experience more love, bliss and peace as we create to share with others.
Vanessa facilitates group and 1:1 containers for people who want to enter their authentic creative blueprint. This understanding can be applied to personal re-creation in times of transformation as well as to art, business, relationships and any kind of vision-crafting.
Healing Arts
“Healing “ happens when we replace distorted mental programs with truthful ones, therefore “updating” our mental software. The mechanisms are infinite. The access points are within our body, mind and spirit. The result of healing is a return to harmony with evident results in our daily life.
Through individual and group sessions, Vanessa facilitates participants’ healing as they learn how to do it for themselves and others. Her approach is through non-dual Andean Shamanism, plant medicine, ritual + ceremony, parts work, trauma-informed holistic psychology and somatic practices to arrive at union with Source where the healing takes place.
Feminine Arts
The feminine arts have been suppressed, punished and forgotten for thousands of years. However, they still live within us all. Every human must reclaim them as they remember their wholeness.
For most women, feminine leadership feels better aligned with their biological experience, and remembering it is a homecoming. Inside the Feminine Leadership Temple, Vanessa teaches feminine artistry as an embodied experience that allows women to lead harmonious lives, relationships and businesses.
She also shares feminine practices group and in 1:1 settings.
Vanessa holds the codes of menstrual rites and rituals and feminine sexuality, available to more advanced practitioners upon request.
