about

Vanessa A. Borja is a business strategy consultant, intercultural relations facilitator and feminine leadership practitioner from Ecuador. Her guidance supports individuals and organizations birth visions in alignment and profitability.

She serves clients who…

  1. Are visionaries who see the big picture, but need support with structure, strategy and implementation.

  2. Are creatives and artists who have mastered their craft, but need support to make it into a business.

  3. Have mastered the game of business, but crave to find deeper meaning, impact and soul fulfillment in their work.

After receiving her degrees in International Business and Sustainability from The George Washington University, Vanessa worked as a business innovation consultant from some of the leading corporations in Ecuador. She then co-founded the intercultural fashion brand, Allpamamas, and immersed herself in the study of Andean-Amazonian cosmology, craft, politics and shamanism. Through this experience, she developed the C+E Methodology: a mindset-rewiring and intuition-sensitizing approach designed to support entrepreneurs and cross-culture pollinators towards building ethical, profitable and de-colonized projects that heal intercultural relations.

Since, she has supported a wide range of clients as a business strategy consultant, supporting them in the alignment of their creative vision, desired lifestyle and financial goals.

From a young age, Vanessa has held leadership positions. She was awarded the Women’s Leadership Scholarship at GWU. Her passion towards working with women is a result of her lived experience of burnout caused by submitting to leading according to patriarchal expectations as a woman. Determined to remain creatively active, resourced and spiritually fulfilled, she studied and developed the Feminine Leadership frameworks she now lives by and teaches women.

Vanessa is a student of scientific and holistic psycho-somatic therapy and non-dual spiritual philosophy. She pulls from these fields to support clients to reprogram their mindset in order to achieve their goals.

Vanessa’s clients range between community-oriented entrepreneurs, small businesses and global organizations. Her work has been featured in Vogue, Forbes, PAPER Magazine and The Cut.
