what is “feminine leadership”?
Creative Arts
Life is a creative act. Whether we are conscious of it or not, everything that we experience is a result of our own creation. Our perception defines what and how we create. Understanding the creative process allows us to consciously return to the template of Divine Creativity and experience more love, bliss and peace as we create to share with others.
Vanessa facilitates group and 1:1 containers for people who want to enter their authentic creative blueprint - their highest timeline. This understanding can be applied to personal re-creation in times of transformation as well as to art, business, relationships and any kind of vision-crafting.
Healing Arts
Healing happens when we replace distorted programs with truthful ones, therefore “updating” our mental “software”. The mechanisms are infinite. The access points are within our body, mind and spirit. The result of healing is a return to harmony with evident results in our daily life.
Through individual and group sessions, Vanessa facilitates participants’ healing as they learn how to do it for themselves and others. She draws from Andean Shamanism, plant medicine and herbalism, ritual and ceremony, shadow work, trauma-informed holistic psychology, somatic practices and energy work to arrive at union with Source where the healing takes place.
Feminine Arts
The feminine arts have been suppressed, punished and forgotten for thousands of years. However, they still live within us all. Every human must reclaim them as they remember their wholeness.
Inside the Feminine Leadership Temple, Vanessa teaches feminine artistry as an embodied experience that allows women to lead harmonious lives, relationships and businesses. For most women, the feminine path feels better aligned with their biological nature, and remembering it is a homecoming.
She also shares feminine practices group and in 1:1 settings.
Vanessa holds the codes of menstrual rites and rituals and feminine sexuality, available to more advanced practitioners upon request.

Drawing from life coaching, shadow work, therapeutic and business frameworks, I will help you build a bridge from where you are to where you want to be. This work is for those who perceive their current approach to life + business no longer serves them. Maybe you want to birth a new project, transform an existing one, update the way you approach work, change locations or quit altogether to discover your true purpose. Our weekly meetings are an anchor into your deepest knowing. Together we will ensure you make the most aligned choices during the transition - personally, spiritually and financially.

We meet live for two hours every week to learn concepts, share practices, and engage in Q+As. Each week has a topic: (1) Sexuality + Creative Energy, (2) Cycles + Menstrual Rites, (3) Gender Polarity + Relating + Inner Union, (4) Plants + Earth Magic, (5) Feminine Range + Authentic Expression, (6) Feminine Leadership for Social Innovation, (7) Deep Heart Longing as The Goddess’ Compass, (8) Ritual + Ceremony.

I can help you gain clarity and remove stuckness on something limiting your creative expression, your business orientation + your feminine wellness. This can also serve as a Q+A space about anything you want to learn from me. I can also transmit practices tailored for you to take into your daily life, or help you design ceremonies or rituals for a specific purpose.
